Shipping Issues
Incorrect Address
If you provided an incorrect address, contact us immediately at support@mywmart.com. We can modify the address before shipment, but cannot guarantee changes once the package is in transit.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your package:
- Check with household members
- Check around your property
- Contact your local post office
- File a claim with us within 30 days
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
